The Organizing Committee has secured accommodation for participants at advantageous rates in Jingyi Hotel (conference hotel), which is located 7 km from downtown Beijing, 5 km from the Olympic Park (venue for the 2008 Olympics), and 40 km from Beijing International Airport. The hotel is within easy reach of many cultural sights, either via taxi or by subway from two nearby subway stations. The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the Olympic Games Village and a 50 minute drive from downtown Beijing. Boasting excellent meeting, recreation and health facilities, Jingyi Hotel is an ideal place for AsCA'09.
There are Chinese restaurant, Western food restaurant and Japanese restaurant inside the Jingyi Hotel. The Chinese restaurant serves Cantonese food and the Western restaurant provides international buffet breakfast and dinner etc, and both of them offer 24 hour room service.
