Exhibition

An Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the workshop at Jingyi Hotel. This exhibition will cover a wide range of products and services in the related fields. The Exhibition is open to any organization or company with an interest in exhibiting their products or services.

Location and Dates

The Exhibition will be held at Jingyi Hotel from September 1-4, 2010. The Exhibition is conveniently located close to the main conference room, facilitating participant interaction with the vendors and items on display.

Exhibition Timetable

Aug. 31, 2010 17:00-20:00: Build up of stands and move-in of exhibits

Sept. 1-3, 2010 09:00-17:30: Exhibition

Sept. 4, 2010 09:00-15:00: Exhibition

Sept. 4, 2010 15:00-18:00: Exhibits move-out

Booth Cost

US$4800/booth (3 × 3 sq.m)

The cost includes the following:

  • Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
  • Side and back walls
  • Carpeting
  • One desk and two chairs
  • One socket: 5 Amp/220V
  • Basic lighting (2 lamps)
  • Daily cleaning

Baw Space Cost

US$300/sq.m, minimum 9 suare meters

Exhibition Services

Note: Early registration guarantees exhibitors' preferred booth locations.

  • Help in obtaining visas for exhibitors' personnel, hotel accommodations, and ticketing services (Please refer to the 2nd circular of the conference)
  • A complete freight forwarding service through a designated contractor
  • Free entry in the exhibition to all attendees at the exhibition

Please download a booth reservation form and fax or email to Ms Dong Shanshan (see end of this page for contact address).

Space Application and Allocation of Stand Sites

  • Exhibit space will be assigned to sponsors first and then on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the completed Exhibition Booth Reservation Form and payment.
  • The floor plan for the exhibition booth indicating the available stand sites will be available later upon request.. It is important that you indicate three different spaces in different areas.
  • All reservations with the payment should be received no later than July 31, 2010.

Confirmation of Participation

Confirmation email will be sent to applicants about 20 days after receipt of full exhibition fee.

Payment

  1. Credit card: Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be increased by 4% for bank charges. To pay by credit card, Download the Payment Authorization Form , fill out and fax to the Secretariat.

    In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please do send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt to the Secretariat if no confirmation is received. All bank charges will be borne by the remitter.
